The only barrier seal which complies with the directives of the Italian Ministry for public health (From: Health requirements for the exportation of meat and meat products from Italy to Japan).

...Meat and meat products to Japan have to be accompanied by a certificate issued from the factory’s official veterinary doctor, whose form is attached to beef and beef products, pork and pork products, for ovine and goat meat and their products. If meat and meat products pass through the territories of other states to Japan, they have to be transported in a cargo container sealed by the Italian Health Authorities with an appropriate seal, the image of which is shown in attachment, and conforms to the following specifications: a circle with a diameter of 3,5 cm, reproducing the following wordings: on the top: REPUBBLICA ITALIANA. In the middle: the factory’s identification number above, and under it the sequential numbering of the seal. Beneath: Security seal- SIGILLO
